Starting as an OTR driver fifteen years ago I began the wild ride into transportation. Since then I still maintain my CDL but went on to Broker freight, manage motor carriers and eventually owned and operated my own carrier and broker authorities.

I would eventually go on to sell my businesses and for the past 5 years have managed 14 different DOT entities and acquisition due diligence for private equity.

I also am a risk control, compliance, business consultant, and strategist for insurance carriers, captives, tech startups, and venture capitalists. My goal in any of these courses is to ensure that you walk away knowing and understanding compliance regulations but more importantly understand how to develop, implement, and manage defensive-based compliance programs that mitigate your exposure.
